I am a Senior Data Scientist at Merck Research Laboratories since Aug 2021. I help scientists analyze images from fluorescence microscopy using deep learning.
I was a Bioinformatician at the Kristal Lab, Division of Sleep and Circadian Disorders, Dept. of Medicine at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Mass where I was working on finding markers of circadian time using lipidomics, building analytical pipelines to identify lipids and managing computing infrastructure.
